STUFF LIST

Cargo Space is limited so SMALL COMPACT LUGGAGE should be used
***LARGE OVERSIZED BAGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!***

Remember it will be cold so pack warm. Please pack for three days. If the weather forecasts for rain then pack for four days.

You Need to Bring the following:

-Flashlight with your name on it
-Sleeping Bag & Pillow (or twin bed sheets and a warm blanket)
-Sweater / Sweatshirt
-Long Sleeve Shirts / T-shirts
-Jeans, Shorts
-Tennis Shoes, If it's raining, then bring two pair
-Pajamas
-Soap, Shampoo, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Deodorant, etc….
-Hair Dryers are ok
-Towel / Wash Cloth
-Warm Jacket for evening
-Its ok to bring a CD Player (See Activity Rules for times of use)
-A Rosary

-a snack or soda to share, these will be collected and distributed at snack times

Please be sure to mark items with your name, especially
sleeping bags and flashlights,.

** Do Not bring Pagers, Cell Phones, Electronics, or any valuable items**

Basic Rules and Information

The Youth will meet at St. Charles near the Parish Hall
Glenn Garrovillas will be in charge of checking the youth as they board the bus. Please be at church by 5pm so we can leave promptly at 5:30pm on (Insert Departure Date) for Julian.

** Snacks will be collected at either before boarding the bus or at the camp**

Activity Rules:
1. Respect for the youth leaders, personal and camp property; observance of quiet hours
2. Youth will not enter the cabins belonging to youth of the opposite sex at any time
3. No Electronic Devices (CD's ok during specific times and in specific areas)
4. No Homework
5. No Drugs, Alcohol, Controlled Substances or weapons of any kind.
6. Youth will not endanger themselves or other youth.
7. Youth will stay in their cabins after lights out until wake-up.

If a youth breaks any of these rules he/she will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY. Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) will be contacted and will be responsible for the immediate removal of their youth!!!


In case of emergency the camp phone # is (***) ***-****. This is the camp manager's # and is to be used only for emergencies. (Actual Number will be provided with student packet prior to retreat for those who will be going.)

**The Youth will return to St. Charles at 2:30 PM on (Insert Arrival Date).
**Please be there to pick your youth up
